This weekend I had the opportunity to visit the State of Rhode Island. I had never been there before, so my wife Amy, our friend Missy, and I took a quick ride over to Newport. What started out as a beautiful, sunny day, quickly turned foggy. What we were able to see before the fog rolled in, was a beautiful, historic town, with spectacular ocean views. Although fog may dampen a sight seeing trip, it does allow for creativity. When Mother Nature steals the color from your subjects, go with black and white.
